1.    All quotes valid for 30 days (for labour only)
2.    Floor coverings and appropriate care will be taken to protect customer’s property & possessions while work is

       carried  out, all areas must be clear or furniture/personal possessions and belongings prior to any work starting. 
3.    Supplier prices are correct at time of quote and include any promotional offers or discounts but can be subject to

       supplier change and may be revised at invoice.
4.    Deposit is required to cover materials and half labour as specified above.
5.    I cannot remove any waste from site but I can arrange a skip at cost via local recycling companies.

       Alternatively, you are free to dispose of any waste or arrange your own disposal.  
6.    All invoices to be settled immediately upon completion of the agreed work. Delayed payment of invoices after 3

       working days will be charged at 5% of outstanding balance daily until full payment is made.
7.    All supplied materials/goods/fittings remain the property of High Wycombe Bathrooms & Kitchens until final

       issued invoice fully paid.
8.    Quote assumes unhindered access, required power, water and any customer supplied materials or works are

       available and on time. All works quoted are correct; any additional work required/requested while on site will

       be quoted for separately and will be in addition to this quote.
9.    All services must be available to complete the job as quoted.

10.    Cancelation charges (only applicable for jobs quoted for 3 days labour or more)
a.    Over 1 month notice no charge
b.    Within 1 month but over 2 weeks’ notice 50% of labour fee
c.    Within 2 weeks’ notice of start date full labour charge
d.    Delayed start or down time through no fault of High Wycombe handyman will be charged at £150 per day

       or part thereof.

11.    All equipment/goods purchased by High Wycombe handy man come’s with a full 3 month repair or replacement 

         guarantee from the date of completion for any faulty goods. Equipment purchased by the customer is the customer’s

         responsibility. 
12.    Bathroom quotes for tiling are based on 300mm x 600mm tiles, for ‘Metro’ tiling or small tiles additional

         time/charges will be added due to additional required work. 
13.    Kitchens only.  Due to the number of delays caused by damaged parts supplied by B&Q/Wren/Ikea if the job is

         delayed due to the suppliers delays in replacing damaged parts from delivery, additional labour charges will apply

         for my time if this causes delays on the job.  This does not apply to Howdens supplied Kitchens. 
14.    By accepting this quote either verbally or in writing means you agree to and accept these terms.
