I can quote for jobs or work an hourly rate, this gives you peace of mind that you know exactly what your paying upfront barring any unforseen circumstances.
For emergency overnight call outs (8pm to 7am) there is a minimun charge of £140 which includes the first hour on site.
Quoted prices may change if you alter from the agreed scope of works or if anything arises which I could not have reasonably expected. For example, if on removing wallpaper the underlying wall is found to be in poor condition, or for plumbing jobs if the main stopcock and/or other isolators are seized or not working properly. I will always make you aware of any changes before carrying out any additional work.
Prices for materials will be included within the quotation unless stated otherwise. I prefer to supply all materials as i can get trade discount. You can supply your own materials however I can only provide warranty for materials I have supplied.
