03 Landlord/  Tenant

In addition to columns 1 and 2, I can also provide the following extra services;

Landlords

1st call triage service for your tenants to help minimise damage, ie water leaks etc.

Full report & quote to you for any work required with your approval before proceeding. 

24/7 callout for emergency repairs to property (Min charge for out of hours 8pm to 7am )

Pre vacate inspection and if required quote for work needed to get ready for next tenant.

Planned maintenance program either monthly/quaterly/6 monthly or yearly visits. This could include gutter clearance, gardening, fence staining, window cleaning etc

Maintain vacant properties.

Complete refurbishment after tenant exit.

04 Commercial

In addition to columns 1 and 2,  I can also provide the following extra services;

24/7 callout for emergency repairs to property. (Min charge for out of hours 8pm to 7am )

I appreciate your trade or office hours are 8am - 6pm I offer an an out of hours/overnight service (for a supplement) for redecoration or repair etc to minimise impact to your day trade.

Planned maintenance program either monthly/quaterly/6 monthly or yearly visits.general office/pub/shop/takeaway/hairdressor property maintenance.
